Payment details: according to the specific agreement of each customer.
Shipping policy: implemented according to the specific agreement of each customer.
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, as long as the product is unused and in the same state as it was purchased, you can return it for a refund. Penn Elcom will refund the product fee using the original payment method. You must return the product within 30 days of purchase, and a 20% return fee will be charged for all returns. Penn Elcom reserves the right to refuse a refund or redemption.
Inspection: The customer should notify Penn Elcom of any errors or omissions in transportation within 7 days of receiving the product, including but not limited to quantity shortages, damage to the goods, and unacceptable replacement of the goods. After the expiration of the 7-day period, the product will be considered accepted by the customer.
Sales Tax: Penn Elcom is required to impose applicable state and local sales taxes on each item that does not provide a sales tax exemption certificate.
List Price: If Penn Elcom products are displayed at incorrect prices, Penn Elcom reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders for products with incorrect prices. Penn Elcom reserves the right to reject or cancel any such order, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or whether your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already paid the purchase fee and your order is cancelled, Penn Elcom will refund your credit card account at the incorrect price listed.
PENN ELCOM'S LIMITED WARRANTY: Unless otherwise stated, PENN ELCOM warrants all products sold for defects in workmanship or materials that occur during normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the customer. As the sole remedy, PENN ELCOM will, at its option, repair or replace any parts that PENN ELCOM determines to be defective in materials or workmanship and returns (freight prepaid) to a branch or authorized service location designated by PENN ELCOM.
Warranty Disclaimer: Penn Elcom makes no warranty or confirmation of fact, express or implied, except as provided in the above limited warranty statement. Penn Elcom is not responsible for product defect claims resulting from misuse, improper product selection, or abuse. "No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is expressed or implied in any product description.".
Scope of liability: Any liability for indirect and incidental damages is explicitly denied. PENN ELCOM's liability in all events is limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

Additional Terms:

Force Majeure: Penn Elcom shall not be responsible for any delay or damage in performance, in whole or in part, caused by acts of God, labor interruptions, shortages, inability to procure products, supplies, or raw materials, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances or causes beyond Penn Elcom's business control.
Cancellation: Any cancellation must be approved by Penn Elcom and may require restocking and other fees.
Transfer: The customer may not transfer any order or any interest therein without the written consent of Penn Elcom. Penn Elcom reserves the right to cancel any actual or attempted transfer without Penn Elcom's prior written consent after notifying the customer.
Product Ownership: All goods delivered to the customer are the property of Penn Elcom until the customer has paid in full.
Customer Default: If Customer defaults, Penn Elcom may seek any legal remedy under applicable law to collect all amounts owed under this Agreement, enforce its ownership and possession of the Goods, and enforce any and all other rights or remedies available to it. In general, such action shall not be deemed a waiver by Penn Elcom of any other rights or remedies provided by the terms of this Agreement or by law. All rights and remedies of Penn Elcom are cumulative and cannot be replaced, and a waiver of any breach cannot be considered a waiver of any other breach. If payment is not made, the customer shall deliver the goods to Penn Elcom upon request, and Penn Elcom may enter the customer's premises without requiring notice and legal process, and retrieve the goods at the premises or anywhere. Penn Elcom may request the customer to provide Penn Elcom with goods that are reasonably convenient to both parties. Upon obtaining possession of the goods in the event of default, Penn Elcom may sell the goods or any part thereof in public or private, regardless of whether the goods are present at the place of sale. Within the legal scope, Penn Elcom can be a customer for this sale. According to the terms of this contract, after deducting all costs incurred by Penn Elcom in recovering, storing, repairing, and selling the goods (including reasonable attorney fees), the net proceeds of such sales will be deducted from the total amount owed by the customer to Penn Elcom. Any surplus shall be paid to the customer or any other person legally entitled to the surplus. If there is a deficiency, the customer should pay the same amount to Penn Elcom.
Attorney's fees: If it is necessary for Penn Elcom to institute legal proceedings to collect any amounts due and payable under this Agreement, the Client shall, to the extent permitted by law, pay Penn Elcom reasonable attorney's fees.
Late Payment Fee: The customer agrees to pay 1-1/2% interest per month on all outstanding amounts. If the amount of the check issued by the customer is insufficient, the customer agrees to pay an additional $25.00 service fee to Penn Elcom.
Venue of Judgment: The annulment of any term or condition of this Agreement in a judicial ruling shall not be deemed to invalidate the remainder of this Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The arbitration involving this agreement can only be conducted in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.
Entire Agreement: The terms and conditions, confirmations, quotations, invoices, and catalog sales in the Penn Elcom form have been incorporated by reference into this agreement and constitute the entire exclusive agreement between Buyer and Penn Elcom. Any changes to these terms and conditions are not binding on Penn Elcom.
