In particular, some small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe are having a difficult time, and even their survival has become a problem. They are also eager to carry out international cooperation, obtain foreign funds and explore foreign markets. However, our advantages mainly lie in capital and market. Many small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe have technologies and products that are not available in China, or we have them, but are far from their level. Therefore, these technologies and products have broad market prospects in China.
He believes that at present, efforts should be made to improve relations with the EU, constantly deepen political and economic dialogue and cooperation, and create a good atmosphere for in-depth cooperation between the business community. At the same time, he suggests organizing and guiding Chinese enterprises to acquire these high-quality smes, which can not only help them solve the problem of survival and development, but also help our enterprises avoid detours. We can quickly transform their mature technologies and ready-made products into productive forces, reduce risks, reduce development costs, and accelerate the speed of our technological upgrading. In addition, we can also buy off-the-shelf technology, especially in the fields of environmental protection, energy conservation, bioengineering, etc., so that we can copy back and develop quickly.
At present, the global economy is generally depressed, and the ranks of high-end talents in many European enterprises are not stable, which makes it possible for us to vigorously introduce international talents. Zong pointed out that these talents should be introduced for our use, and the introduction of talents should also focus on practical high-end talents with rich practical experience. It is suggested that the government should relax the visa, residence and other policy restrictions for these high-end talents, so that they feel comfortable to stay in China to work.
